What Information We Collect and Why
We collect information about you during the checkout process in our online gift shop. While you visit our virtual gift shop, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed and use this information to show you products you’ve recently viewed and related products
- Location, IP address and browser type for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping costs
- The shipping address to estimate shipping before you place an order and to ship your package once your order has been placed

We accept online payments for our virtual gift shop through Stripe, a third-party vendor. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
Registering for Programs, Event Ticket Purchases, and Online Donations
What Information We Collect and Why
We collect information about you when registering for programs, purchasing event tickets, and submitting online donations. When you complete forms related to any of these actions, we may ask you to provide the following personal information:
- Your name and the names of family members or friends
- Phone numbers
- Email address
- Mailing and billing address
- Programs or events you register for or purchase tickets for
We use Wufoo powered by SurveyMonkey to manage the information collected to provide services to you and accept necessary information for donation processing. Wufoo does not have the authority to share your personal information with anyone outside of their organization or the Imagination Station administrative staff and support staff for any reason other than what is necessary to fulfill your requested service or accept your generous donation.
We process payments for programs, event tickets, and donations using PayPal, a third-party vendor. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
Opt-Out and User Control
Customers may opt-out of regular mailings, emails, and rental/exchange of files through contacting customer service for the relevant service. Customer service contact may be done by phone, mail or email options. Please look for the appropriate phone number, mailing address or email address on the related service page within our website or included in the correspondence you received from us.

The Imagination Station website is intended to be accessible and enjoyed by general audiences.
